In addition to positions available to experienced managers, Blueridge Restaurant Group is proud to offer a rigorous hands-on management training program. Over the course of eight weeks, each candidate will gain experience at every position, including server, bartender, greeter, prep/ line chef, and more. In addition, each candidate will gain experience in a range of management functions including kitchen and general management. To complete the training experience, candidates will be guided through a series of advanced projects in critical areas, including operations, systems, human resources and sales. We believe that our 360-approach to developing our management team is critical to both the success of our company and our candidates.

Restaurant Management

We are always looking for driven, passionate leaders to join our management team. All managers are expected to complete a six to eight week, Manager-In-Training Program that includes extensive “hands on” learning. Each management trainee will rotate through all key positions in the restaurant to include a kitchen boot camp. Towards the end of the training, the candidate will shadow all levels of managements and work management shifts to develop skills related to expediting, dining room management, financial analysis, and human resources.


Kitchen Management

Food is essential to our success. We are currently looking for line cooks, grill cooks and  prep cooks. We look for Chefs that can lead their teams to efficiently and masterfully execute comfort cuisine that keeps our customers coming back for more. Candidates for Kitchen Management receive rigorous hands-on training for back of house responsibilities, including prep/line chef, chef training, and more.
