CLUB POLICY

The Woodfire Club is designed to reward loyal guests of the Blueridge Restaurant Group. It is an exclusive program that entitles registered members to immediate benefits and exclusive invitations to special events. The Woodfire Club is for our valued guests who are 18 years of age or older.

Points are earned for each $1 spent at any Blueridge Restaurant Group location (Stanford Kitchen, Copper Canyon Grill, and Stanford Grill) excluding tax, gratuity and gift card purchases.

Woodfire Club members will receive 90 days to redeem point conversion rewards.
Birthday rewards expire 30 days after issuance.

Woodfire Club members must present their membership card at time of purchase to receive points. Points will be credited only to the Woodfire Club member paying the bill. If a portion of the meal is paid with a promotion or reward, members cannot accrue points for that portion of the check.

Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

To receive points, you must be an active Woodfire Club member prior to dining or booking an event and must present your card at time of purchase. Points will be credited only to the Woodfire Club member who pays the bill.

Blue Ridge restaurant Group reserves the right to change or terminate the program at any time without advance notice. All federal and state tax liabilities for earned rewards are the cardholder’s responsibility. Accounts may be audited, and possibly terminated if point balance is inappropriately achieved.

BlueRidge Restaurant Group is not liable for points or rewards lost due to fraudulent or unauthorized use. This includes fraud caused by lost cards. BlueRidge Restaurant Group cannot replace rewards if they are lost or stolen.

Employees of BlueRidge Restaurant Group, its affiliated companies and their immediate families, are ineligible to participate in the Woodfire Club. Accounts identified as such will be immediately invalidated and treated as fraudulent. Employee may be subject to disciplinary action.

State laws may prohibit accumulation of points from alcohol purchases.
Woodfire Club membership accounts with no activity for 12 months will be deactivated and all points and reward credits will be forfeited.
